Shipping & Delivery

How It Works:

1. Reservation
   Once you’ve selected your puppy and completed the purchase, we’ll begin preparing your puppy for travel.

2. Vet Clearance & Travel Prep
   All puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and issued a health certificate before departure. We also provide food, comfort items, and crate training when needed.

3. Flight or Ground Transport
   Depending on your location, we arrange:

• Ground delivery (within the U.S./Canada)

• Pet flight cargo via trusted airlines

• Flight nanny service (hand-delivered puppy by a flight companion)

4. Final Delivery & Handover
   You’ll receive tracking info, travel updates, and detailed instructions until your puppy is safely in your arms.
